The residential house is designed in accordance to direct sunlight and wind directions in order to self shade and maximize cross ventilation. Therefore the main volume of the building stretches along east-west also connecting the ground floor with dry kitchen, dining room and living room as much as possible with the garden. The neighbor walls will be clad with creeper plants to further reduce additional heat loads from passive solar heat gains. Electricity and hot water is going to be produced via solar collectors.
