Tears Alun-Alun
consists of a row of shop houses (Rukoh), a small square for sports with police station (Koban), a prayer room (Mushola) and the Teras Alun-Alun apartment complex. The building is organized to have most apartments facing North-South direction for better shading and a view towards courtyards. This also results in several distinct apartment volumes rather than one massive building. A linear spine of access balconies connects all apartments. The ground floor consists of retail, communal and health care functions.
